Thank you for supporting independent artists! We’re a one‐person operation. Our “Atelier Editions” pieces are handcrafted and shipped directly by the artist, while our “Factory-Direct Prints” feature the artist’s designs printed to order and sent straight from the print partner. Below are our shopping guidelines and policies. While we can’t rival the logistics of major brands, we dedicate ourselves to crafting world-exclusive pieces. Atelier Edition Product Shipping
All Atelier-Made items are dispatched from Tokyo Japan. Except for made-to-order pieces, orders ship within three business days of payment confirmation. For shipping dates on custom, made-to-order products, please refer to each product page.
Factory-Direct Print Item Shipping
Our factory-direct prints are dispatched from multiple global locations, and estimated ship dates differ per item. Note that the same design in another color or size may originate elsewhere. Except for products marked free shipping, each item incurs its own shipping charge. Details are available on each product page, and your total shipping cost appears at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery Times
•As a general rule, all products are sent via traceable shipping services.Upon dispatch, we’ll email your tracking number. You can inquire with the courier for an estimated arrival date, but please understand it’s not guaranteed. Tracking info may not be accessible in certain countries.
•In the event of non-delivery or in-transit damage, we’ll handle all inquiries with the courier. Should your order not arrive by the projected date, please reach out to us at the email shown in your order confirmation. Compensation follows the carrier’s policy limits.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re sorry if your order isn’t perfect! If an item arrives defective, just let us know within seven days of receipt and we’ll take care of the return or exchange. Please note we’re only able to process returns for defects. For any shipping mishaps, refer to our “Shipping & Delivery Times” details above.
Shipping Abroad
We’re pleased to offer international delivery, but each item can only be sent to specific countries—see the product page for details. Please note that if you order to a non-eligible country, our system will still accept your order and complete payment, but we will cancel it afterward since we can’t ship there. Refunds are processed according to your chosen payment method and may be reduced by applicable fees and processing times.
Payments in Non-JPY Currencies
All prices on this site are set in Japanese yen. When you pay in a Non-JPY currency, please note that your final charge will be converted at the exchange rate applied by your payment provider at the time of settlement, so it may differ from the displayed Non-JPY-currency amount.
Import VAT, Duties & Fees
•Our atelier edition products are dispatched from Tokyo, Japan. All shipments outside Japan may be subject to import VAT, duties or fees levied by your country. These charges must be borne by the recipient.
•Our factory-direct print items are dispatched from various international locations. If your order ships from outside your delivery country, you may be responsible for import fees and taxes. Please note that although our system displays prices as “tax included,” additional customs duties and VAT will apply when items ship across borders.
Pricing for Factory-Direct Print Items
Due to overseas production and foreign-currency pricing, we may revise the Japanese-yen prices of our direct-ship print items at short notice when rates shift.
Receipts & Packing Slips
Receipt:
To avoid duplicate issuance, we do not provide paper receipts. Please note that your order confirmation email and payment provider statement constitute your official receipt.
Packing Slip:
A detailed list of items shipped is included in the shipment confirmation email, which serves as your packing slip.
